We may cancel the event at any time for reasons including availability of venue or speakers, or health and safety grounds. If we cancel the event, we will issue you a refund of your event registration fee in full.
We are happy to offer full and partial refunds in the dates leading up the events, you can find these below. To request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If we receive your cancellation notice before March 1st, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
- If we receive your cancellation notice between March 1st and March 30th, we will issue you a 50% refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
- If we receive your cancellation notice on or after April 1st, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Registrations for the virtual conference are final sale, and not eligible for any refund.
You may transfer your ticket to another participant until April 10th, 2023. Please contact us at email@example.com to do so.
